All orders are processed through Shopify's secure checkout. Prices are shown at checkout and may change at any time before your order is placed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability — in which case you will be refunded in full for any amount charged.
You are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address.
If you choose our Subscribe & Save option, your selected product will be automatically ordered and charged to your payment method on a recurring monthly basis at the discounted subscription price, until you cancel. You can skip, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account; changes take effect for renewals that have not yet been processed. Renewal orders are subject to these Terms and our Shipping & Returns policy.
Shipping, returns, and refunds are governed by our Shipping & Returns policy, which forms part of these Terms.
All content on this site — including the PureChews name, logo, product photography, text, and design — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting to interfere with its operation, accessing it through automated means for scraping, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
The site and products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law.
